Felix and I decided to go to one of our absolute favorite burger places for lunch: Lunchbox Laboratory in Ballard. I cannot stress this enough...YOU MUST GO THERE. It is amazing. Anyhow we were on their website the night before and there was a link that you could submit a recipe and they would tweak it a bit and then put it on the menu and if yours was the most popular at the end of the month you got a free lunch for two (thatapos;s a $30 value). Felix makes these AWESOME indian curry spiced turkey burgers that I beg him to make all the time. I thought that would be a great addition for Lunchbox Lab. We entered his recipe with a couple of tweaks I included. Sure enough when we went in the next day BAM there was "Felix and Ericapos;s Indian Adventure Burger". They did a pretty great job (I still love Felixapos;s version more though). So if you go there be sure to try our creation



You canapos;t see the recipe in the pic but it was on a standard bun, seasoned ground lamb with various indian curry spices, havarti cheese, and a light fruit chutney. Soooooo good.
